Assorted Livestock 8: Stir-fried Mutton Strips (炒羊肉絲)

“The preparation of this dish is similar to stir-fried pork strip. One can add starch to the meat, which when cut thinner the better. Mix slivered green onion into the mutton when done.”

與炒豬肉絲同。可以用芡,愈細愈佳。蔥絲拌之。

Basically this is the mutton/lamb version of stir-fried pork strips.

And for once I don’t have much else to say.
